What navigation software are you running on it...the original MioMap, iGo, some other?

Hi Yurbuh Tuggly,

Thanks a lot for your reply. I am running the original maps. I think there was an update, which I did.

Need to update the maps if I can. Thanks

If you mean the original MioMap software that came with it (and I think you do), whatever update you did is probably the last you are going to see for it. Unless, perhaps, you want to pay Mio some outrageous sum.
Your best bet is probably to consider replacing the navigation software with some version of iGo 8.3x or Primo. THEN you can (and can continue to have) up to date maps such as here:
iGO-R3-WhereiS-Australia-R19-amp-New-Zealand-R8-2012.02
(just an example)

Do not bother to download UNLESS you are going to 'switch'...those maps will not work with MioMap.

PS. Here is a Torrent (in case direct links above are dead) from Megaduck99 (trustworthy) for the same maps:

Well, kinda. First he must make a complete back up of his internal drive. Next, because he must unlock his Mio C520 before he can use a cracked program so this is the unlock http://www.navitotal.com/showthread.php?3290-My-3.3-internal-Flash-drive-with-the-Mio-unlock-already-contained Delete everything from your Mio internal drive and copy the unlock files/folders download to the internal drive. FYI, a C520 uses MioMap 3.3. Then download this http://www.navitotal.com/showthread.php?6880-Igo8-March-5-2011 [because it has Australian voices] to your SD card. THEN add the map content [fbl] to content\map. Shutdown your device, wait a few seconds and re-start.

EDIT: Actually, he could use anything that I have in my signature. A C520 is kin to my C320. I checked the links. Depositfiles files still work.

I hope that you already downloaded the things that you need. Here today, gone tomorrow seems to be the operative phrase.
