they dont seem to work with primo 2 ???? when i do a route it still takes me under low bridge ????

I take it you entered all the dimensions of your truck correctly...

I see truck drivers in other countries have to triple the height before it works correctly...

I have heard that some maps don't work properly with truck files. (I believe the NT 2011 Q3 - not sure)
The solution is to use a newer or older map.

I don't drive truck, camper, ...., neither, nor am a UK citizen. Or drive in the UK ever.
What I do know is that The Navteq 2011 Q3 did not show truck routing in Germany, while the Q2 did (read it on the German forum,, I drive rarely in Germany, these days). Can't say for UK.
Furthermore I am a TeleAtlas/TomTom "fanatic" (more detail here)
Seems you got to download some maps and experiment.

i put my old q1 navteq back on and routes perfect in uk but no driver alerts for this map ???
