Postby navguy » Thu Dec 01, 2011 8:21 am

Fatboyfun, the Navman S50 wont read a 8GB card, oops i should not of bought that earlier today.

That`s good about the battery monitor.

So there is nothing else to do to my iGO8 now ? nothing else to add.

You can certainly try that, yes. Make sure to put files in identical folder(s), and maybe try one thing at a time...if the system barfs, take that last thing back out.

Think i did my shortcut wrong. i opened notepad and typed:

29#\Storage Card\iGO8\iGO.exe

And saved it as iGO8.lnk

Is the speedcam file up to date.

Cannot find `iGO ( or one of it`s components ), Make sure the path and file name are correct and that all the required libraries are available

Check whether the file and folder names are correct, check for spaces, double spaces etc...

Ie, is the folder iGO8 or iGO 8

The 28 refers to the amount of characters in the path including spaces and quotes, but not including the # symbol

OK that is done and i have a iGO8 icon on the desktop.

Just one other thing, i changed the skin to the first one under the Default but it does not load as i dont have it loaded in iGO8 folder.

Do you know what that skin is called so i can add it or how i can reset to Default one ?
