Mon Aug 29, 2016 4:31 am

Hello
I bought a new gps Navigation system ( I go primo) . It seems to work ok but when I change the cockpit to different view It start giving me this message "ui _igo9\800_400\ui\cockpit_2.cs" exciting application. It doesn't exit the app or do anything.
I red on this forum that I have to delete the saved file and it will work
Can anyone tell me how to delete it and where i can find this file.
Thanks

Moved question to proper forum...

What kind of navigation device do you have? Is it a car 2DIN radio or a dedicated GPS device or a phone? Is the device WinCE-based on Ardroid-based? Is the GPS application on an SD card or embedded in the device itself?

We need more detail in order to assist.

The save folder is located there where the program (igo.exe) is. In the image you see it in the main IGO/Primo folder.

The structure is about the same for IGO and Primo, and thus is the save folder is in the same spot.

What version of iGo do you currently have install? What version of maps/pois? What type of headunit? WinCE or Android-based?

In other words, we need a lot more details before we can help. :-)
