Nice car the Camry. Good luck with it. How long do you give it to find a satellite? Depending upon the environmental and weather conditions, it could take as long as 20 minutes for the first time. You must remain stationery and in an unobstructed area when you are trying to get a satellite fix.
If it ain't broke don't fix it!

Wow chas521 (wow for your signature!). I do have a MioC320, with xtyler's simple unlock that I got 2 or so years back and wanted to update it. Wish i could image your SD card, but I guess that would be too much to ask, considering I'm not a contributor. :(

On Primo "Autodetecting GPS receiver" means the GPS port and baud settings in the sys.txt file you posted above are wrong.

When these are correct it will say "Looking for satellites..."

You will need to find out what the port and baud rate is for your device.

Listen to what Fatboyfun posted. Also your sys.txt is huge. The smaller the better.

I don't know what unlock you used but EVERYTHING that I presently have on my SD card and device is available here in the various sections.

I think you can do without this sys.txt. Completely. It's overdone.

I was going to say that too--Wow, that's a lot of stuff and many chances for errors.
For an example, here is the entire contents of my sys.txt in Primo 1.2 and everything works:

[debug]
skip_eula=1
experimental_features=1
hide_win_taskbar=1

[gps]
port=2
baud=57600
source="nmea"

[interface]
show_exit=1
extra_settings=1
resolution_dir="480_272"
vga=0
show_tmc_config=1
show_tmc_eventlist=1
show_programs=1

[tmc]
show_tmc=1
port="COM,1"
baud=38400
source="gns"
