igo on an sd card?

What happens when you tap the Navigation button WITHOUT a card inserted?

Fatboyfun will probably suggest this so copy ALL the files/folders from your SD card to your computer first and then reformat your SD card. Then copy everything back to the card. Delete the save folder again, completely shutdown your device, wait a few seconds and then restart.
If it ain't broke don't fix it!

Yes, I did restart the device after deleting it without the SD in the slot and also restart the device while the SD card in the slot both attempts fails...do you think the software corrupted?

Did you drop the device recently? You said it was working. How long ago was that?

ok i ll try to do as per fatboyfun's suggestion now

never drop it was all the while in the dash board...

it works for the past 6 months and the problem occurred couple of days back...
