What is the problem?
IGO should work on TYTN II, only problem I can think of when you have installed HTC Home. This program and many programs, including iGO, are incompatible.
The only solution I know is to disable HTC Home (Start>settings>general>today>items>disable HTC Home) and soft reset before running iGO.
