Nice area. If I could suggest these things. You don't need dems. Keep the building files to a local area only. Both do nothing for navigation. They are only eye-candy. Dems are really nothing in the US. I don't have VR - don't worry about it.

I know in early versions the vr didn't work, was probably missing files or was experimental etc.
I don't have a device featuring a mic so I never really looked into it.
