None that I know of or have ever seen. The only TTS-Pro voices I am aware of or trust are here:

You might be able to get somebody to adapt an older Nuance or Loquendo voice for you (Chas521 maybe?), but I don't do that.

In case of Israel related iGO/Primo, we depend most of the time on miomoshe. When he sees this posts and can provide a link, he will.

That's Primo 1.2 (which I have a copy of), but it does not include any TTS voices.
There are a couple of Hebrew NON-TTS voices in it, which I can quickly upload if needed, but they will probably not work in Primo 2.0 without adding this to sys.txt:

Code:: [sound] csv_voice_enabled=1

And even then, I cannot guarantee success with Primo 2.0.

thx i use that and it work now but what is the difference between tts and not tts voices?
