When adding East Europe map files, I put the .fbl files in the MAP directory under CONTENT. Where shouold I put the files type: .fda, .fpa, .ftr, .hnr? should I put it in MAP too or into a diferent directory?

All the files you mention should go together with the map files in the same folder.

Yes, put them in the same folder (\content\map).
