DimKa skin for Primo 2.4

Guys,
I have DimKa 1.7.1 skin for Primo 2.4 & tried submitting a bug report on their Guestbook, but I was told that I have an unofficial version.
I downloaded the skin from a link on here somewhere.
What's the deal?

Version 1.7.1 (or adapted 1.5.6 to primo 2.4) is made by WertVRV and Andron66, who did make the official version 1.5.6 as well.
You should know that skinning is a legal "business" that is allowed by NavNGo (developer of Primo2.4).
As you can see on the diMKa page and as you were told, diMKA latest official skin number is 1.5.6.
I can imagine that NNG did not approve/allow the release of a skin for Primo2.4 (yet).
