Postby ninj4z » Sun Feb 12, 2012 12:23 am

Downloaded the links, many thanks.

Will have to go for a drive locally to test it out and see if the cameras pop up as expected.

Much appreciated, never thought I'd manage but your help has been outstanding, any way I can help with uploads of what I've got, message me :)

You may need to turn on the speedcams alerts, the option won't appear until the device has a satellite lock.

If the card is SDHC and the device doesn't support SDHC then no, There are 4GB SD cards available though which will probably work.

I could not find videos on youtube, no Hungarian, no other language. Alternatively, you can send a link to the IGO can ask for? Or something point by point description of what to do?

Thanks.

Here is the latest version of Primo

Binatones are easy...

Download the above file and your required maps from the map section

Extract everything, rename the downloaded Primo folder to Primo2

Then create a text file with...

\SDMMC\Primo2\Primo2.exe

And save it as SHELL.ini NOT SHELL.ini.txt, Double check this!

Place your map file in the Primo2\Content\Map folder

Copy SHELL.ini and the Primo2 folder onto a blank SD card and place into device, reboot device and Primo will load instead of the original app.

Post back when you've got this far and i'll guide you through the setup.

This more elaborate on a few lines, because they do not really get it.
"Extract everything, rename the downloaded Primo folder to Primo2.
Then create a text file with...
\SDMMC\Primo2\Primo2.exe
And save it as SHELL.ini NOT SHELL.ini.txt"
.
And SHELL.ini file that is created?(SHELL.ini file how created). The file is to be renamed PRIMO2.exe from SHELL.ini?

SHELL.ini is just a text file with the path to the Primo executable written in it.

You don't need to touch the internal memory, work on the SD card only...

Tested this and it works on Binatone B430, looks like good software.:clapping_mini:

Also I imagine the maps are mutch more recent than stock ones.

Thanks FatBoyfun
