binatone f430 primo 2.0 and 2.4 error on close

Postby meadyyyy » Mon Nov 04, 2013 8:53 am

hiya all

bit of a strange one, binatone f430, tried primo 2.4 and programme runs fine but every time i shut down/exit primo i get message "primo.exe has encountered a serious error and must close" tried primo 2.0 and get same error message on exit.
On both primo 2.0 and 2.4 programmes seem to run fine untill exit, any suggestion?

Check for unused license files..?

Might be the same cause as other devices rebooting.

hiya, just tried getting another copy from binatone devices thread, only got one link to work (rapidgator) file named pri24BD, all others file not found, unziped useing winrar and got CRC error in content/voice/voice_rom-f1-lua.zip. corrupt file or wrong password. but everything else seems ok

think i found cause of problem, was running primo from the flash/dataflash on binatone itself (flash was empty, only installed programme and uk map), primo ran fine until exit then got error message.

found a sd card and installed on that with relevant SHELL.ini and pimo ran fine and no error on exit

tried igo on units memory, that ran and exited with no problems or errors

dont think primo likes running directly from devices flash\dataflash memory

Can't say I've seen that before, but good work.

Might be worth sticking with 2.0 for the moment. Also, check for unused DLL's and unnecessary license files.
