oh it must be me i download this one NEW!!LATEST Europe Maps-Q3.2011.Navteq+Q2.2011.TeleAtlas+Local Providers.201
and couldnt find the lane guidance when i ran a demo

I never really used Amigo, but you may need to switch on the lane guidance, I'm not sure if it works in demo mode.

the 2006 map which was on it when i bought it had lane guidance ,theres no settings it just there in demo and real drive

All maps have lane guidance data included, So if it works now, it'll work with the new maps as well.

Bought..? Legal copies of iGO won't work with cracked maps.

PS. It could be (and this is just a guess here..I have never used Amigo) that the newer maps, being optimized for later versions of iGo releases (Primo 1.1, 1.2, 2.0) utilize lane guidance in a way that Amigo cannot display it. Amigo, though a clever 'remake' of iGo and good for it's time, was just a stepping stone to Primo, and was kind of abandoned by NNG.
But that's just my opinion..I could be wrong.

sorry maps were 2010 ,downloaded this today : NEW iGO 2011.Q3 NAVTEQ R3 2011.12 December EUROPE 2012 [MAP,POI,DEM,HNR,FDA,FPA] and i have lane guidance thanks for your help [new to this]

The maps are not cracked ;). The license and the .exe are, data.zip are sometimes edited (mostly resolution, sometimes other issues)
Cracked and official don't mix. So when new a map don't work on an official iGO, it's probably not covered by the license(s).
