Which speed camera file compatible with Garmin Streetpilot I

Which of the speed camera files are compatible with the Garmin Streetpilot I3 and how do I install them?

I have downloaded the Cyclops file and am left with .gma .gpi and .unl files but all the instructions I can find are for NUVI.

If there's more than on that is compatible, which is best?
