Updating a NUVI 1300

Hi all.

Having updated the wife's TT, my mother now wants to updated her NUVI 1300. Could someone be so kind as to point me in the right direction (tutorial/which map for the UK?) The TT titles make it obvious whic map to use - the Garmin ones less so.

Hello Dave,
Here's what you (can) do
1. Create a folder called 'Map' in the root of the Nüvi 1300. (Just like you do in the TT; name of folder is same as name of map set.)
2. Copy all the maps you need to this folder.(Can be any name but must be of file type .img; e.g. GB&RI.img)
and you're done.
Use a micro sd card if you have one.
