Suzuki Vitara, Garmin in dash, install full system?

Hi, I've just bought a new Suzuki Vitara, and the in dash GPS is Garmin. BUT it shows no Speed signs, Digital current speed etc.
Just a basic map with a blue arrow. Can the installation be upgraded to a full Garmin system?

It's Kinda OK, removed the SD card and it's a Bosch Media system. Don't think there's any way to change it over to Garmin!
Or is there?
