Search: Homeport for OSX

Good Evening,

I just run the search a couple of times in order to find the latest version of Homeport for Mac. My search however was not successful. I am inclined to believe that I made bad use of the search function and that there is in fact a post offering the software, since one can find a large number of nautical maps. Could someone kindly point me in there right direction as where to have a look.

Is this software to incredible awful so nobody bothers? I was under the impression that it was the only program to run the Blue Chart maps. Therefore I assumed the program was widely spread. Is that not so?

I have no experience with Mac or Apple, so my answer must be seen with that restriction in mind.

The real question you should ask is : is Homeport for OSX shared? For Windows, it is. Even on this site.
You could consider use a VM or Bootcamp or download the real OSX build from the MacStore. Homeport for OSX costs 30$, just saying.
