nuvi660 and new maps

Hi. I've got nuvi660 in my hands with 4.9fw and I want to put in it some new map probably Europe 2014 but I don't know a single thing to do and how to put it in it - probably on sdcard because small internal memory. Could anyone direct me to some tutorial how to do it or something? Thanks.

Put the map (unlocked ) as gmapsupp.img on SD\garmin ; map must be less than 1,98 Gb ;
