Nuvi 2699 lost mass storage mode alter update to 8.80

Hi,

I've recently bought a nuvi 2699 with version 8.50. I've connected it to computer ( Garmin Express) and done the update. Once the device rebooted I lost completely the mass storage mode tried all tutorials online including changing mode from mtu to mass storage.

Now, is it possible to roll back to version 8.5 with the micro sd ?

Apart from putting your device in Mass storage mode what are you trying to achieve ?
There are two different types of
Nuvi 26x9 (HWID 1772) and Nuvi 26x9 C4 (HWID 1948)

Please verify in garmindevice.xml. it is important If you want to use other unlocked maps .

Did you use the diagnostics page ?
