Nuvi 1490 TV and no picture when you are driving.

I have this above mentioned Garmin with the television feature. It has been built the way that when vehicle speed goes over 12 km/h it will blank the TV-picture. Is there any way to avoid this feature? I think it is related to the information from GPS receiver.
