Mobile XT question

Postby chas521 » Wed Feb 29, 2012 10:10 pm

I'm a little confused right now. If I am looking to use the speedcam [red light] for the WinCE Garmin, then why am I placing it in the POI folder? Doesn't make sense to me. Maybe I'm thinking too much.
If it ain't broke don't fix it!

That's where I always put it and it works, it's not a poi file, it contains alert distance information as well

It's now recognized by Garmin XT, your poi file that is. I'll check it on the road tomorrow. I know where there are red light cameras.

File recognized but no audio/visual camera or sounds. Actually, I don't really care as long as it navigates.

I don't think there is an alert for traffic lights on Garmin MXT, Only speed cameras, Can't quite remember.
