DISCLAIMER

On eBay, a seller is misusing the name "NAVITOTAL". ([Please Register or Login to download file] )
There is NO relation between that person and the Navitotal forum.

The seller "NAVITOTAL" offers all kind of GARMIN maps for hard money.([Please Register or Login to download file] )

The NAVITOTAL forum DOES NOT ASK ANY MONEY - NEVER, not for maps, software, .... and therefor does not take any responsibility for what is sold by that person.

The Navitotal forum nor any member of their team is involved. The Navitotal forum makes no profit and does not sell anything, certainly not on eBay!

When you buy on eBay or on any site or from anyone calling himself "NAVITOTAL" you do no business with the Navitotal forum. Even when you may think so, you are missguided and do not support the Navitotal forum when you buy from him!

Might be worth to report him to Ebay?
AFAIK it is also a violation of Ebay rules to use a name the is reflecting a non existant relation.
Although I can't see any active listing at the moment.
How about reporting him to Garmin as well? ;)

The selling of genuine products is NOT the issue here. It's the fact that he is using Navitotal's good name in the first place. We have spent countless hours checking things we offer here so our members know they are getting the best and safest. All that has to happen now is to have an unsatisfied customer at EBAY and then Navitotal's good name now has a smudge. This seller is a blight on society! I hope that he reads this.

And what would Garmin have to say about that? Can he sell on eBay? Why don't others? Or Garmin self?
And what could happen when they (Garmin) think it is this site that is the seller or there is a relation somehow to this site ... Or even just discover this site by coincidence checking out who is that person calling himself after us?

Besides, possibly, likely, someone may think this site sells on ebay and by buying, they sponsor us. Which isn't. And isn't that misleading?

Does anyone know if there is a way to leave negative feedback for this seller without first buying something?
