A few days ago I updated my maps using Garmin Express but since then I have lost my "Voice Control" functionality. The "Voice Control" option has completely disappeared from my menus - even from the Help files. I have also lost bluetooth functionality and Traffic functionality - the icons have all disappeared. One other thing... the model number displayed on start-up and in the "About" section is "Nuvi 37xx" instead of "Nuvi 3790"...

I have contacted Garmin but they only suggest re-installing the maps again which I have done but the problem remains. I think my firmware has been corrupted. Does anybody have a solution??

1)For voice command download ARS from http://www.navitotal.com/new-maps-f88/city-navigator-europe-2015-t16141.html then put in on your navigator N.B. Put same map and same ARS if not they not work.
2) maybe JCV file gone and for that no trafic try to add JCV files in your garmin http://www.navitotal.com/new-maps-f88/city-navigator-europe-2015-t16141.html download they and put they with map on JCV folder.

if the problem is not gone then format your navigator and then switch on (without put anythink on it NO Garmin Express) once start it will be in english then re-connect with pc and use Webupdater for all updates [Please Register or Login to download file] once done with all updates then download garmin map and put ARS, JCV, SQLite.
