Hi,
I suggested iGO general discussion not Garmin.
If it ain't broke don't fix it!
ALWAYS BACK-UP YOUR FILES/FOLDERS BEFORE MAKING EDITING CHANGES!

Please do NOT post any thanks. Simply press the hand icon with the "thumb up" which is the thank you button.

Hmm, not that I can't follow your drift, chas, but regarding maps and especially their refreshment frequency, wouldn't Garmin or Papago not be the better choice?

It's entirely up to the member which nav to use. My thought is this: iGO definitely has TTS, not Garmin, don't know about Papago - never used it.
