How to upgrade a GARMIN NUVI 255 ?

Hi ,

I'd like to upgrade this device with the latest map of europe and safety cams .Could someone can explain to me step by step how to proceed ?
I saw that there are 2GB on internal memory and also a slot card...

copy image sd-card or internal memory \Garmin directory named GMAPSUPP.IMG

Download Garmin Cyclops™ Safety Cameras from HERE
follow instruction "Guide how to install - Garmin Cyclops™ Safety Cameras"
