help with 310

download unlocked map image from here

place onto a 2 gig SD card and into a garmin nuvi 310 version 5.20, the map was a gmapprom image and didnt show up, so i renamed it gmapsupp and still no luck

any ideas how to get it working via SD card

The image must be named gmapsupp.img and must lie in folder Garmin on SD.
