Postby hansolo » Sun Aug 28, 2011 7:52 am

Hi,

Can someone please help me get Mio Moov M300 route to Garmin GPX POI :
The file is "route.txt":
Code: Select all
POI="1" PT="15.4273796081543 44.5734723054177"
POI="2" PT="15.41703335 43.96454895"

especially I need POI 2 coordinates in Garmin format, please.

Thank you

[Please Register or Login to download file] will convert POI's from one format to another (inc .gpx)

I'm not sure if Route.txt is in any type of format, You can try importing it, but at least you can copy the coordinates from it into POIEdit and make a new POI and then save it as a .gpx file.

Thanks, but it's a no go unfortunately, I also tried POI Converter and POI Editor and GPSBabel with no success.

So I'll try manually find a spot comparing the Google maps and Garmin.

Garmin has an app called POILoader which converts OV2 and possibily others to it's gpx format, The problem is route.txt is not in any standard format so manually creating a new POI using POIEdit or similar by copy/pasting the coordinates from the txt file will have to be done. Unless anyone knows different...
