garmin on WIN CE 6.0 radio car?

i want to buy chinese car radio under win CE 6.0, and i want to instal garmin (cargps) with south america maps.

i have no idea if its possible? and how to do it? i have usb port to plug sd card

can you help me? i go to south america in 10 days.
