Hi,
So reset my Garmin SEAT Portable System via Garmin Fresh. It downloaded, installed and checked the install, and all appeared ok.  Unplugged the device, it tried to startup then came up with this screen.
Saying “Garmin Software cannot be started. Contact the Garmin Service Center” 
Tried restoring again, still the same. Tried install with an SD card in it, still same.
Anyone help? It worked fine before trying to restore it.
