1. Assuming you bought your unit recently - second hand - contact seller or return for a refund.
2. If you locked it, return to your secure location and it will unlock.
3. If you bought it and can't contact seller, return to Garmin with proof of ownership and a fee for unlocking.

There is no unlock software - it's to help us all keep our units.
