Hi,
I have a «Garmin Overlander»:

<SoftwareVersion>540</SoftwareVersion>
<Description>Overlander</Description>

This Android device does not have the Firmware that can be patched with this Patcher

Second question, analysis shows that the device seems to see only NTU format cartography exclusively.
Unfortunately, it does not see my hand-made maps in MPC-format. Do you know a recommendation for me?
