GARMIN MOBILE XT for symbian s40

Hi ,

Is there a version of garmin mobile xt for my NOKIA 6700 classic (symbian s40) ? It doesn't accept .SIS file installation...(file no supported).If yes , i need french language.

I have followed your guide and put Ver. 5.00.50 on my nokia 5800
along with both additional software pieces, all works very well on
the phone and i get purchase screen come up. What is my next step
please is there a patch or activator?

you must generate key for SW.UNL file with Jetmouse

1. Start garmin mobile xt
2. press I Agree
3. Connect to Garmin GPS
4. go tools \ settings \ about here is Unit ID write it jetmouse keygen and press generate button and close garmin

5. copy this generated key to empty text file and save as SW.UNL ( be sure there is not .txt extension choice all files)

6. copy SW.UNL to your phone \garmin directory

7. copy your maps to garmin folder named GMAPPROM.IMG or GMAPSUPP.IMG ( maybe you want use unlocked maps first time ;-)
copy basemap too in garmin folder, download it second post

8. start garmin again, it is now full version

you can make unlocked maps from locked maps with garmin unlocker alternative...

all without the purchase page so big thanks for that.
Have tried to install "Great Britain - Garmin GB Discoverer 1:50K - Full Coverage"
Managed to unlock it and put it in garmin folder but will not show up in map sets
in the settings...can you help please?

you cant unlock Great Britain - "Garmin GB Discoverer 1:50K - Full Coverage" without special windows settings, because it contain large map images . so use .unl file with this map

genererate key with MAPID and device id look instruction jetmouse page in my signature

Have done everything as youve said and put all
in the garmin folder, but only basemap shows
in map sets. Is there a Great Britain map that
is unlocked and known to work with the set up
i have?

Yes map is GMAPSUPP.IMG and unlock code is in GMAPSUPP.UNL.

Have downloaded map you suggested, it contains folders for windows, support and additions
do i put everything in garmin folder ?

Yeah ive got it know, i downloaded the 9 part mapsource
which was confusing me.....Have now got just uk and roi
file and is showing up....yipppeee...many many thanks my friend.
