What GPS systeme can I use on my phone ? With multible maps if It's possible ; Europe and North Africa.

You can use [Please Register or Login to download file] , but it's off board solution and needs internet connection for map and routing data.

...or you use NAVIGON for Windows Phone 7, but therefore you must look at NAVIGON section.
