Garmin DriveAssist 50LMT Problem

I have a Garmin DriveAssist 50LMT and put a new map on a microSD card, plugged it in, booted it and the screen went black.
Any ideas ??

When you rebooted with the previous original map what is doing?
Does the firmware is patched or not yet?
Does the map is unlocked or which one?
