Hi from newbie !
Can anyone help i want to upgrade myGarmim 310 deluxe to get truck gps this possible ?

Truck navigation you can only get from Garmin with special devices like nuvi 465 or dezl.
But you can plan a route on PC with MapSource or BaseCamp with truck navigation profile and try to transfer it on your device.
