Hi
Who can help me, please.
A friend of mine have a Etrex Vista C with 24MB memory ( no SD Card ). I need to know if I can make a upgrade for 2012 maps.
Thankyou.

You only can use MapSource/gmap versions and send some map tiles onto device by using MapSource or MapInstall. It depends on the map, how much tiles are possible. In some maps one tile has about 20MBs and in other maps you can choose 5 or more tiles.

What kind of maps do you speak about, street maps (city navigator) or topo maps?
What do you want to do with this device?
I think best choice of suitably maps for this device you have at [Please Register or Login to download file] .

If not working, just google for openmtbmap and openfietsmap - AFAIK these are the best for your purpose.

Thanks for your explanation, but please tell me what it means AFAIK.
I've seen the maps of your link and the openmtbmap and openfietsmap but the problem remains the same, they are larger than 24 MB of memory supported by GPS.

Of course, You'll never find a ready image less than 24 MB! You must download the MapSource Version and create your own small image with MapSource or MapInstall.
