Using the clone method (copying the garmindevice.xml to an
empty SD card /USB thumb drive does not have any files.
I've compared using your devices garmindevice.xml with serial numbers in your sequence and they work with Garmin Express this points to your specific device has lost its map subscription.
Try it yourself ,just adjust the device ID by 1 on
your garmindevice.xml and it works, this proves your specific device has an update problem.
Unfortunately these files will not work on your device.

Also there seems to be an attempt to use Drive and DriveSmart 60-70 (2268) firmware on this device, this DS 65 has a HWID of 3065 and has encrypted firmware, what has been attempted could completely brick it.
