Cannot unlock maps!!!

Hi,
I' have a new Garmin Nuvi 2589LMT and I install Middle East and North Africa maps but when I open my garmin device its say "cannot unlock maps"
anyone can help me to solve this problem?

Please read our post how to patch firmware
