After you put Maps on - is the software the same / and camer

Following putting new maps on 770 Garmin - 2012.

Does this upgrade the camera's and any other required info also?

and is the general menu and usability stay the same or are these things changeable aswell to make them upto date.

Garmin maps always includes many POI e.g. garages, hotels, shopping centers..., but never cameras and also never changes of menus and device software.
