Clarion Australian Map for NX509/NP509 - need pre-installed

Hello, I have a similar problem, I deleted folder clarion and uploaded igo primo there. When the navigation is turned on, the logo is dropped and it is reset and it is repeated around.
Can't get into the radio and fix the problem. Does not respond to BLACKBOX or backup.
