Navigon Canada 310 with Igo 8 installed

Hello! i`ve got an Navigon Canada 310 with Igo 8 installed. working very good on the road, but when the battery is low and i want to connect to the car charger its stops from guidance and show that "it is connecting 2 pc"... what can i do? meaning that my device can guide while connected to the power supply??? ty

Are you using the original charger? Using an non OEM charger can sometimes cause unusual issues.

I would recommend that you connect the charger "before" you turn it on.

well...it isn`t the original, but it produce the same voltage. i tryied that but after 5-6 seconds,,, same display ...connected 2 pc...:|

It's not about the voltage, It's whether the data lines are shorted together, Some devices need both data lines tied together to tell it a charger is connected, other devices do not and think the short circuit is a PC.

If you have a USB cord that will allow you to connect your GPS to a PC try the following.
GPS off - then connect to a PC with the USB cord. Now turn the GPS on, it should function normally, and the GPS is using power from the PC and the problem is most likely the car charger. If it goes into the connect mode then "I" would assume that there is a problem with the unit or software and not the car charger.

Hi I need install Igo primo or another igo on Navigon canada 310.My problem is not detect my flash disk on devices memory.How I can detect my flash disk for instalation unlock navigon software ?Sory for my bad english .
