I have a 2014 C-max with satnav and the SD card is also original 2014 I want to update to the latest I can. (without changing hardware)
I have updated my Sync system from 1 to 1.1 (Don't know what this has done)
I have been to the Ford Dealers and they have no idea and say nothing is available.

I found a site selling a FORD MFD 2021 SAT NAV MAP UPDATE CARD V11 NAVIGATION SD for my car and UK but shy of spending £35 when Ford say there are no upgrades available. and another with Ford MFD V7 for Sony EM5T-19H449-DAE NON TOUCH SCREEN 2019/2020 SD Card Sat Nav but does not state UK Maps £40

I heard a fact that SD Cards with a F prefix are for touchscreen fords and with a V prefix are for Non Touchscreen Fords.

Can anyone confirm this info please? Also is there another way (Downloads for my car)?
