POI are part of the MAP, inside the country directory you have the POI files (wce_a.poi, wce_a.dat, etc), for example \Destinator\Mexico_2010_Q1\wce_a.poi or \Storage Card\MobileNavigator\Canada\wce_a.poi

I have installed destinatar 9 on Telesystem ts8.2 but it cannot detect gps singal.how can i know what is my com port.

I think you should try:

PORT=1
BAUD_RATE=115200
PROTOCOL=2

I know that Telesystem ts8.3 uses this settings...
Try to rename "DESTINATOR.EXE" to "NAVIGON.EXE.

I hope you get it working!
