I doubt there are WinCE6 drivers for Android phones available, there are Wifi SD cards though, and i would imagine your Android phone can act as a mobile Wifi router, that's the only way i can think of unless anyone knows different.

If I turn on WiFi i lose automatically 3G and I do not have internet.
I was thinking more on 3G when I'm on the road somewhere.
Connect Android / iPhone via USB and use Chinese device for browsing internet.

I have seen mobile wifi router apps, BTW i have a friend with a WinCE 6 based netbook and it is hopeless at browsing the net.
