I can't logged into the Chinese forum with my ID and password.
There is no liaison or links between this english forum and the chinese forum.
One question - if I will to go there. Will I be mod status or member status.
Please clarify.

No, the forums are apart, you need to reregister on China NT. And you must register first in any case! You must be registered as a member to get the mod status.
Did you apply for a moderator's position? You need to contact that person you applied to.
