Hello every 1, i have got a navman satnav can i install truck maps on my navman thanks, or can some 1 guide me through to the right direction thank you.

It depends on the model.

You won't be able to use the original software, but if your device is fairly recent you can run iGO Primo 2, which features truck routing.

You can install iGO Primo, that has truck routing features.

Make sure when you download the maps they have the .ftr file as this is the truck restriction file

Truck maps are they the latest one Include camera traffic etc. And what do I need usb computer and do I need an sd card if yes then how big 4gb?

Just go to the iGO map section, look at the available map links, see if .ftr files are included.

You may have to go back a couple of editions.

However you don't need all of Europe like TomTom does, you can just have UK or France with the truck file if you want.

The maximum sd card size you can use with your device is 2GB!

it looks very difficult, fun boy on top it off i don't have much experience with electrical i will do something about it when i pass my Class 1.

okie my satnav is fked up i cant do anything with it now, my navman is stuck on front screen where the screen shows Navman S50 Smart St tm. and i have tried to copy everything i can copy it but when i paste in to the other folder it doesnt do anything and i tried unlock rar and that is not responding either.

Copying the contents to your pc does not cause it to fail to boot.
