Navitotal is not accessible

Wed Nov 17, 2010 5:09 am

Since last morning Navitotal.com is not accessible from our (3 different) computers. Our internet provider is Comcast (USA). Using my laptop with T-Mobile (USA) I have no problem (just much slower).
Did anybody experienced the same poblem or have explanation?

Seems your provider has blacklisted Navitotal.

Comcast is huge. I don't think so - could be wrong however.

Worked for a short time last night and nothing again, but it's good again today.

The better. Maybe try a different browser?
I have Internet problems using IE8 just now, at this moment, but no problems using Firefox

Works fine here in the UK with Virgin cable using the Chrome browser.

I have to correct myself. It worked for a short period of time today and it's the same again now. The problem is not the browser. I tried from the same computer with cable broadband (Comcast) and with cell phone (T-Mobile) connection. With the cell phone it always works, with cable, mostly not. I get "can not locate server" or "timed out" messages, depends which browser used. (Tried IE8, FireFox and GoogleChrome).

Hi ervin260,
I think your problem is your IP address, so I invit you to renew this IP or reboot your modem.
Check also about your hosts file if some IP are blocked...

Please let us know.

Regards.

I tried that, too and the problem is still the same today.
I think the problem is related to the pop up ad bug problem. Actually they are not pop ups, instead looks like something hijacks the webpage and redirects to a different ad related page. Yesterday, after navigating through a few navitotal pages, I hit the browsers back button and nothing happened, so opened the roll down window next to the back/forwars button and non of the previous pages were navitotal pages. They were ad websites. Actualy, I didn't see them before. Probably Norton 360 or IE8 prevented them from showing?
Anyway, I think Comcast doesn't block navitotal.com itself, but probably blocks navitotal's server (because its weird behaviour with ad redirections) or those numerous ad pages which try to overtake the connection.

They are no popup ads on Navitotal.
Only banner and text ads.

For sure Navitotal is not blacklisted, as I said before it's an IP issue.
Ask to your internet provider to renew your IP.

Regards.

Correct, not pop up ads, redirections instead, as others reported:
"Didn't "click" anywhere it just launches spontaneously when I'm on the Navitotal site...but not always and whereas it previously launched only China TV, it's found something else."

The site is working again for me right now, but I can hear an ad (a woman speaking and some music) in the background as I'm typing... No other window is open, no other program is running. Isn't it weird?
Nothing like this happening with any other web sites I visit, just with Navitotal.com

Ervin

EDIT: An as I posted the previous, I got redirected to:
[Please Register or Login to download file]
and in the same time my Norton Internet Security just killed a pop up window. From that site couldn't go back, had to use task manager to close the browser window.

Well, seem our advertising system have no interest about our problem, so I will change it.
In less 1 week a new advertisement system CLEAN will be on line.

Thank you ervin260 for your interest.
