Mio moov m610 change power options?

Hello
i have a mio moov m610 and if i plug it in to charge,it automaticly starts.
can you change that?
so i can let it plugged in, without starting up every time i start my car.

What do you mean by automatically starts? If the switch is off or in reset the device shouldn't come on when power is applied.
