I constantly see

Issue with @hotmail address
We have an issue with hotmail, outlook or live emails, please update your email address to Gmail or something like or you will be not able to receive notifications...

I have looked everywhere, but can't see where/how i can change any profile details related to username/emails.

When you are logged in you see at the left/up site on your screen "User Control Panel"> Tab Profile > Edit account settings

You can also send me a PM if you are having any problems & I'll look into it for you...
